THE STOCK BROKER

A stock broker is a company or person which executes a person's buying and selling of shares and other securities through market makers and Agency Only Firms.A transaction of Stock exchange is only possible for two members of the exchange, therefore only a broker may trade stock.
There are three types of broking service:execution only, where the broker only carries out the clients instructions to buy and sell;advisory dealing, where the broker advises but leaves the final desicision to the client;and discretionary dealing, the broker ascertains his clients investment objectives and decides on the clients behalf.A good example for all three at one's choice is Queenbury Investment which offers all three types of service to choose from.

A crisis period

What to invest in during a crisis period? For a beginner, this can be a serious problem, because there is a possibility of bad investments and loss of money. Of course, you may get help from companies such as Queenbury Investments, who can provide you professional strategies. However, you have to think of what’s needed mostly by the people (drugs, food and so on). But this is not the hardest part: you also need a good management team that has the experience to place your company in a good position for the consumer market.

How to invest

To start investing all you need is money and a stock broker.Brokers are either individuals or organizations that execute your buy and sell orders. They will have an account for you, unlike a bank account, that contains not only money but stocks and bonds as well. The money one gets from selling shares will be transferred into this account and money used to buy shares will be taken out of the account. There are two types of stock brokers to choose from, full service and discount stock brokers. Full service brokers will give you advice and recommendations, but have very high commission fees,as much as 100$ per operation, and discount brokers, which are those you see on TV, will answer any investment questions you may have with lower personalized service, but with a lower commission fees as well, of about 10-20$.The first is better suited for high investments with a higher starting sum and the second with lower amounts with the advantage of keeping the rest of your money for yourself.
